Week 1 Update (and bloopers)

We’ve successfully made it through one week of construction on the new Waterbrook Bible Fellowship church home! This has been an exciting week! It started small, but got BIG quick. As the first week ended, the crew probably has 1/2 to 2/3 of the foundation hole dug. We don’t want you getting hurt out on the work site, so they sent ME out to get you some video footage of what it’s like after one week.

Here’s the video celebrating the first week of work…

And here’s the outtake version from the first week of construction…

The hole is around 10 feet deep, and no one should be climbing in and out. Yes, I know I’m being hypocritical. But, as you may guess from the outtake version, I don’t plan on climbing down in the hole again. (Let me know if you’re willing to volunteer.)

Anyone is welcome to come watch the progress. The best, and safest┬ávantage point is in backyard of┬áthe 507 Ministry Center – behind the fence. This keeps you safe and out of the way of the workers. Here are a few pictures that show how far we’ve come in a week…
