What an amazing moment, to look back only 10 weeks and see how far we’ve come on the construction of the new home of Waterbrook Bible Fellowship. We’ll begin November by entering into the 11th week since our groundbreaking.
There’s already been radical transformation of the church property at 507 Thomas Street in Wylie, Texas. The foundation, underground utility work, and parking lots have been completed. The steel is scheduled to arrive the first week of November. The crew will immediately begin assembling the exterior shell of the building. This vertical growth will really begin to solidify the fact that we’re actually getting the building built.
Here’s a quick update of what’s happened in the first 10 weeks, and a glimpse of the completed projects thus far. With a special thanks to my camerawoman, Amelia Denton, for a great job on the aerial camera work. (How we did it is a closely guarded secret.) She did get union scale for her work…ice cream at Sonic.
